The Battle of Mercer County Schools
Raising Money for Cancer Association of Mercer County
Accepting Donations (in the front office) NOW - May 7th
Your donations will go directly to helping Mercer County Residents who are battling cancer. Please see the list by 'donation bucket' and REMEMBER TO HONOR A LOVED ONE as you make your donation!
The winner will be announced at the Hopefest on Friday, May 9th!

Pick up your senior and baby pictures which you submitted for the 2013-2014 ANILEC.  They are available in the front office.

It's not too late to sign up for the trip to Startford, Canada next year!!  Pay in full by Friday, May 9th and receive a $25 discount.  See Mrs. Gudorf in room 204 for more details or to sign up!

Interested in traveling to France and Italy in June 2015??
The Art Department is beginning to plan a trip!

Highlights of this 9 day trip include:  Notre Dame Cathedral, Eiffel Tower, the Colosseum, the Louvre, the Pantheon, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, a FREE day in Florence, Milan, and much more!!
 
There will be a presentation/speaker in the Lecture Hall on TODAY, May 6th during I/E regarding a foreign exchange program. Any language students, past or present, wishing to attend should sign up in the Guidance Office TODAY for a pass.

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS...Elections for Class Officers will be taking place next week.  If you are interested in running for Class President, Vice-President, Secretary, or Treasurer, please sign up THIS WEEK in the main office and indicate which position you would like to run for.  There is a sign up sheet for current Sophomores interested in running for Junior class officer spots and a separate sign up sheet for current Juniors interested in running for Senior class officer spots.  SIGN UP TODAY!!

The lunch menu for WEDNESDAY is creamed chicken sandwich, corn, fruit, and milk.




ATTENTION SENIORS: If you haven't already, please fill out your Post High School Plans form which is available in the Guidance Office.
Also, any senior that earned a scholarship needs to also drop off a picture to the Guidance Office, if you want your picture to appear in the Daily Standard with the scholarship article. Bring the picture to the Guidance Office by May 15th. Please write your name on the back of the picture and drop if off to Mrs. Booher in the Guidance Office.
