SENIORS: GRADUATION PRACTICE IS NEXT FRIDAY, MAY 23RD AT 8:30 A.M. SHARP!! DO NOT BE LATE, BECAUSE PRACTICE WILL NOT START UNTIL ALL SENIORS ARE PRESENT!! ALSO THE 2014 GRADUATION CEREMONY WILL BE NEXT SATURDAY, MAY 24TH AT 10:30 A.M. GRADUATES MUST REPORT TO THE HIGH SCHOOL BY 9:00 A.M.

Prom DVDs are NOW available to purchase for only $5 in the Media Center.

The Student Council lock-in has been postponed.  STUCO will be notified of the next date and t-shirts.  Again, the Student Council lock-in WILL NOT be this Friday night!!

The lunch menu for FRIDAY is Mexican Bar:  nachos, burrito, taco with lettuce & cheese, refried beans, fruit and milk OR a cheeseburger sandwich.

There will be a soccer meeting on Tuesday, May 20th in room 114 at 1:45 for those interested in going out for 2014 team.  Coach MP will give you a pass following the meeting.

Also, any senior that earned a scholarship needs to also drop off a picture to the Guidance Office, if you want your picture to appear in the Daily Standard with the scholarship article. Bring the picture to the Guidance Office TODAY!  Please write your name on the back of the picture and drop if off to Mrs. Booher in the Guidance Office.

The WBL Sportsmanship Committee needs to replace 3 members for the 2014-2015 school year. We are looking for 1 or 2 2015 Graduates and 2 or 3 2016 class members to be involved. Applications are available in the Athletic/Attendance office and due on Friday, May 23rd!!

Congratulations to the BOYS TENNIS team for being Co-WBL Champs!! WBL Champions included: Alex Seibel at 2nd singles, Hagan Kriegel and Joel Weitz at 2nd doubles, Isaac Elston and Kris LeJeune at 1st Doubles. Also Aaron Seibel was third at 1st singles and Nathan Lutz was 7th at 3rd singles.

REMINDER NO SCHOOL FRIDAY, APRIL 18TH & MONDAY, APRIL 21ST.....wishing everyone a beautiful Easter break!!

It's time to sign up for the trip next fall to Stratford, Ontario on October 8th - 10th. Come join us as we travel to Canada to see William Shakespeare's A Midnight Summer Dream, as well as The Musical Man of La Mancha and the comedy Hay Fever. For the low cost of only $250, you will receive coach bus transportation, overnight lodging, and tickets to all three of these shows. Pay in full before May 9th and receive a $25 discount!! If this sounds like the trip for you, see Mrs. Gudorf in room 204 to sign up and for additional information.

This year's After-Prom will be at Breakaway. Get your presale tickets ($10 presale or $13 at the door per person) April 22nd, 23rd, or 24th in the lobby during lunchtime.

It is time to sign up in the front office for our Blood Drive which takes place on Wednesday, April 23rd....be a hero and give blood!!

Juniors and Seniors....sign up for PROM TABLES in room 201. Each table can seat up to 8 students, so bring in a list of all those sitting at your table. Also if you are planning to attend Prom, you must sign up for a table by TOMORROW, April 17th.

If you enjoyed being apart of a parents' organization when your child was in elementary school, if you like to lend a hand at the high school, if you want to support students who make good choices, then CHAMP could be a great group for you - and we know it is a great group for CHS.
To get involved with CHAMP, attend an open meeting on Monday, April 7th at 7:00 p.m. in the Media Center at CHS.
